I re-read Gen X last week for Katherine's story, and I'm not sure it's aged well. I still love it, but it's more like a high school yearbook than a novel to me: it's a time capsule. Stagey yet perfect and forever skewed by fond memory.
I think Coupland is probably pleased with that.
